Draw Dates:

The Previous Supporter Draw will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012; the draw will be held at Stride Management Corp. located at 3950 12 Street NE, Calgary, Alberta, starting at 11:00 AM. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 PM on Friday, August 24, 2012 will be eligible for this draw.

The Early Bird Draw #1 will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at the Lottery showhome, located at 3334 Cameron Heights Landing, Edmonton, Alberta, starting at 11:00 AM. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 PM on Friday, September 28, 2012 will be eligible for this draw.

The Early Bird Draw #2 will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the Lottery showhome, located at 3334 Cameron Heights Landing, Edmonton, Alberta, starting at 11:00 AM. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 PM on Saturday, October 13, 2012 will be eligible for this draw.

The Final Draw for the remaining prizes will start on Tuesday December 18, 2012 until completed, All final draws will be held at the Lottery showhome, located at 3334 Cameron Heights Landing, Edmonton, Alberta. Only tickets received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre before 11:00 PM on Sunday December 9, 2012 will be eligible for this draw.

All of the above mentioned draws are open to any member of the general public wishing to attend.

Draw Order:

The first draw will be the Loyalty Draw, followed by the Early Bird Draw #1, followed by the Early Bird #2 and concluding with all final prizes. Final prizes will be drawn in order of the least retail value up to and including the Grand Prize Package. After each draw by numbered ticket stub, the winner will be recorded and the ticket stub placed back in the drum for the next draw. Each ticket is eligible for all prizes except where they may be late for the Loyalty and/or Early Bird Draws. If all tickets are sold by Saturday, October 13, 2012, on approval of Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission, all prizes will be drawn commencing Monday, November 5, 2012 at 9:00 AM until finished with the Grand Prize Package being drawn Wednesday, November 7, 2012. All draws will be held at the Lottery showhome, located at 3334 Cameron Heights Landing, Edmonton, Alberta.

All winners will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize(s). Also, all names, cities and winning ticket numbers of winners will be published on the lottery website www.caritasfoundationlottery.com.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. There will be no cash substitutes. All prizes must be claimed by Friday, December 20, 2013. If any prize(s) remains unclaimed for more than 1 year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes. The committee reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available upon the approval of Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission. Possession date for the showhome is anticipated to be within 30 days from the date of the final draw. All furniture, appliances and fixtures displayed in the home will be the furniture, appliances and fixtures awarded and must be accepted where is as is.

There are no blackout dates on the vacation packages however they are subject to availability at time of booking. All winners must book their travel within one year from the date of the draw. All vacations are for two people unless otherwise stated. Where air transportation is provided Edmonton will be the point of origin.

Contest guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the lottery: Executive members of the Caritas Foundation Board of Trustees & Governors; the Lottery Manager; employees of the Caritas Foundation, Stride Management Corp., zag creative group inc. and immediate family residing in the same household of those listed above and anyone under the age of 18. The Licensee will advise all purchasers not to include the name of anyone under the age of 18 on the ticket due to the requirements of the Public Trustee Act.

In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to the individual whose name appears first on the stub. The Licensee and the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals.

Retail value of the prizes is $3,376,792.83 (includes GST). Breakdown is as follows:

All tickets will be controlled by committee members and are only available by mail, phone, Internet, the Grand Prize Showhome and vendor outlets identified by the committee. Ticket Request Forms will be available at all participating sponsor locations, newspapers and other publications as may be required by the committee. Ticket Request Forms will be collected weekly, with tickets processed and mailed by the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre. Ticket Request Forms must be received at the Lottery Ticket Sales Centre to be valid. All sets of multiple tickets must contain the same information.

Tickets may be purchased with cheque, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, bank debit card and cash. The lottery committee's liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

If any purchased ticket has been entered for any draw, no refund will be issued.

Total number of tickets will be 27,500 single tickets at $100 each, 6,550 sets of 3 for $250 and 5,250 sets of 6 for $350 for a total of 78,650 tickets.

Ticket purchasers in the Caritas Foundation Lottery must purchase a ticket in the Split 50 Add-On Lottery to be eligible for the Split 50 draw being held on December 18, 2012.

Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission will the Licensee make a request for draw date extension.

Split 50 Add-On # 336591

Draw Dates:

The Split 50 Add-On draw will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the Lottery showhome, located at 3334 Cameron Heights Landing, Edmonton, Alberta starting at 9:00 AM. Only tickets purchased before the Split 50 Add-On cutoff of 11:00 PM Sunday, December 9, 2012 will be eligible for this draw.

The above mentioned draw is open to any member of the general public wishing to attend.

The winner will be notified in writing by Stride Management Corp. detailing what they have won and where they can claim their prize. Also, the name, city and winning ticket number of the winner will be published on the lottery website www.caritasfoundationlottery.com.

Split 50 Add-On tickets available are; 15,000 single tickets at $5 each, 12,000 10-packs for $25 and 8,500 25-packs for $50 for a total of 347,500 tickets. There will be a minimum guaranteed payout of $160,000 for the Split 50 Add-On or 50% of ticket sales (whichever is greater).

Purchasers are not required to purchase a ticket in the Caritas Foundation Lottery to be eligible to purchase tickets in the Split 50 Add-On lottery. However ticket purchasers who only purchase Split 50 Add-On tickets and not the Caritas Foundation Lottery tickets will only be eligible for the Split 50 Add-On draw being held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
